If you bought a phone or received a discount on your plan that requires a trade-in online or over the phone, we'll ship a return kit to you. You have 30 days to return your device or your service credit will not be applied.

If you are returning a device through our buyback program for an account credit, go to sprint.com/buyback for further instructions.
If you requested a return kit from Sprint and haven't received it or maybe even misplaced it, you can request a new one.
If you are receiving a discount on a phone that requires a trade-in, you must make sure your trade-in is eligible. Your trade-in is eligible if it is unlocked, deactivated, good working condition and undamaged, order and cleared of all personal data. You must also own your trade-in phone.
