Sprint Music Plus Retirement
Sprint is now T-Mobile, and as we transition all customers to T-Mobile plans on the T-Mobile network certain services will be retired. Due to the wide availability of free music streaming apps today, Sprint Music Plus will be retired on September 1, 2022. You can still purchase content from Music Plus up until that date, and anything you purchased in the past will be available on the native music player app on your device.
If you get monthly credits, you’ll receive your final credits with your July bill and can use those credits to purchase content for up to 30 days after your final renewal. You can find the renewal date by looking at a past bill on Sprint.com, by going into a store to inquire, or calling Customer Care.
